Tom Eslinger

Tom is the ex-Global Digital Creative Director for Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide and continues to innovate digital marketing by co-founding UNlshd, the world’s first creative business built on Blockchain. He’s an Executive Creative Director with 20+ years of global experience leading teams and creating internationally awarded creative ideas that work hard for brands. Content creator, strategist, digital and mobile innovator, entrepreneur, educator and author and pixel-pusher extraordinaire. One of the most awarded creative directors in the world from Cannes Lions, Tom’s clients have included Toyota, General Mills, Lexus, Guinness, Burton Snowboards, P&G, Bank of America and US Veteran’s Administration. Tom’s work has been awarded more than 500 times globally and his design, interactive and typographical work is in the Museum Of Modern Art and Smithsonian Design Collections. UNlshd is currently working with blockchain and digital businesses in the USA, Europe and Australasia.

Glen Cameron

Glen Cameron has worked closely on communication, strategy and business development with the very top leaders in their fields around the globe for the last 18 years. A trained NLP Master and Ericksonian Hypnosis Practitioner, some of his clients have included the former long-time Saatchi & Saatchi CEO Kevin Roberts, renowned football manager Carlo Ancelotti, and the celebrated designer and architect Michele de Lucchi. He has worked as a spokesperson and media liaison with the Indian Olympic Committee and teams at the Asian and Commonwealth Games, he’s also worked on television, radio, (ghost)written and edited speeches, articles and ad-copy in markets around the world, led crisis communications teams, and currently serves on the board of several innovative new enterprises.

David is a Brand Architect with a background in global consumer & finance marketing who has developed strategy for major corporates. He entered the Blockchain space in early 2017 as a founder of the 21 Million Project, a blockchain TV production company, and then a co-founder in blockchain funding platform Chainstarter, before starting Ethical ICO in May 2018.

Kedma Pognon Brown is digital, production & operations veteran with over 22 years’ experience in the advertising and media industry and a passionate Diversity, Inclusion & Equity advocate. Kedma is the Board Chair for Digital Diversity Network, an organization that helps to advance diversity, create access & champion inclusion within the digital and technology sectors.
